Saptasur (v): The combination of all seven notes, coming together harmoniously to make music

Looking for music for your next event and wanting to try something different?  Something a lot more professional?  Think ‘Saptasur’ – an ensemble of professional musicians from the Academy of Indian Music (AIM).  And, mind you, they are no ordinary musicians.  The Saptasur musicians have won several awards in their field, including gold medals.  Almost all of them have performed with some of Indian Film Industry’s top rated music directors.  Many have also released their original music albums.  Now this is what we would call, solid music!

It’s the repertoire as well as the range that makes Saptasur so special.  Talk about offerings from classical music to bhajan nights to ghazals to disco to perhaps, a night on Bollywood town – think of a theme and Saptasur can do justice to it.
